Beatty's Autumn Gold Honey is a rich, bronze colour with a subtle velvety caramel flavour laid on top of the taste of summer wildflower honey. The two honeys are cousins made from nectar from plants found in the same fields with the only exception in the time of the year. Autumn Gold is predominantly made from nectar of plants that bloom in the late summer and early fall such as Goldrod and Ragweed. The process of harvesting the honey differs lending the difference in the colour made up of more pollen content in the honey. Autumn Gold is often used for making sauces or as the base for a richly flavoured honey garlic spread. Creamed Autumn Gold honey is a rad addition to any piece of the toast!
This is am exclusive limited production honey only available at the Beatty farm. So if you are interested be sure to place your order early.
