Collection: Gourmet Sauces

Gourmet sauces should pack excitement and incredible flavours that are unique and can not be matched by off-the-shelf mass produced sauces.  This is our goal when we set out to create sauces using our honey and all natural products.   Each sauce are small batch creations that vary slightly from one season to the mix depending on the availability of quality produce and spontaneous ideas of blends.  What we will never dicker with is the base of all natural honey from our fantastic honeybees!
